Chef's Special on the new album back to basics to explore new avenues

'Unfold' is the follow-up to the platinum and Edison award-winning 'Amigo'. Chef'Special returned to their home base of Haarlem for the ten-track new album 'Unfold', which was produced by guitarist Guido Joseph. Self-reflection is the theme, looking ahead and connecting are the motto on this fourth Chef'Special album, recorded in Haarlem.

Chef's Special about the album itself: "For making 'Unfold' we stayed as close as possible to ourselves. By producing the album ourselves this time, we managed to make a very personal album both lyrically and musically. We are very proud of the result, and feel that we have managed to express ourselves to challenge and explore new paths."
